Important information about your puppy’s pawTree food
Our puppies have been weaned to PawTree Chicken and Sweet Potato dog food and you will need to continue with this food to prevent digestive upset. Do not feed something different once your puppy goes home, as switching a puppy or dog's food suddenly is a sure way to cause a severe case of diarrhea.
You won’t find pawTree on store shelves because this company prides itself in delivering a fresh food to your door. Generally the food is no more than six weeks from the day it was made when you receive it. It ships directly from the company to you, ensuring the utmost in quality and freshness.
To give you an idea on shipping times, the food should come in about 7 days, depending on your location. Unfortunately, small businesses do not have the resources of Amazon to send food in a day or two, but we prefer to support small businesses and companies that produce quality products when possible.
Steps to completing an order
1. You will need to create an account with a username and password. Please be sure that when placing your order you see my name “Carly Mitrovic” and my picture at the upper left hand corner.
2. In order to get free shipping you need to do TWO things :

If you ever need to postpone your EZ Ship order DO NOT CANCEL IT because it will erase all “Paw Points” that you have earned. If you do not need dog food or products yet, simply postpone the order with no penalty!
